  • Manage daily operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing roofing repair projects.

  • Conduct site assessments, identify repair needs, and develop repair plans.
  • Supervise and train junior crew members to ensure they meet company standards.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, procedures, and industry standards.
