Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Human Resources Operations to join our team at Ellsworth Adhesives Systems. This role will be responsible for leading human resources operations, including processes, procedures, systems, and our field HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's mission and business goals.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier candidates.
  • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement retention strategies to maintain a highly skilled workforce.
  • Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and data analytics.
  • Oversee the people operations function, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and addressing employee relations concerns.
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to managers and leaders on workforce planning.
  • Actively provide coaching to business leaders on how to lead their teams, navigate and resolve employee relations issues or manage programs that help develop our people.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Very strong change management abilities.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
  • Leads with empathy for all people aligned to a family culture of care.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passionate about shaping culture and elevating talent.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other relevant software.
