DISH Network L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Engineering Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for managing and developing cross-functional relationships and strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Establishes Distribution Engineering and Maintenance goals and objectives
- Interacts with senior management to set objectives and resolve issues
- Promotes and demonstrates DISH culture
- Drives process improvements and timely implementation of projects and tasks
- Defines processes and procedures in conjunction with Distribution Operations staff
- Monitors system performance and tracks metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provides accurate and clear communication in both written and verbal forms
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field and ten plus years of relevant work experience
- Experience with robotic and automation software such as LabView; Solidworks; and Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience with robotics and automation preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
