Administrative Assistant

Resource Land Holdings, LLC, a Denver-based real estate private investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support the firm's operations. This is a full-time position available immediately.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. They will be responsible for managing the firm's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to senior professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound calls and phone messages
  • Organizing and scheduling firm events, including board meetings and investor meetings
  • Maintaining the firm's calendar and providing periodic reporting on schedules
  • Assisting with senior professionals' travel arrangements
  • Coordinating logistical support for guests
  • Assisting with brand awareness and communications to investors and partners
  • Managing digital files and daily mail
  • Ordering supplies and catering for firm meetings and events
  • Preparing documents for senior partner review and signature
  • Aiding the investment, accounting, and legal teams with ad-hoc projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous organizational skills with attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Functional technical acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet research
  • Relevant prior office assistant work experience in a similar office setting
