About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconstruction process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reconstruction process from start to finish, including project scoping, estimating, and execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reconstruction project management, disaster recovery, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Asana, or Trello.
