Role Summary:
As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, delivering high-quality support to our patients and community. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within our clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, addressing routine inquiries, and directing complex issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and diagnostic tests, working closely with relevant staff to facilitate seamless scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing for patient visits and processing post-visit documentation, ensuring all consent and compliance forms are completed as required.
  • Maintain and organize electronic patient records, ensuring all pertinent information is readily available prior to patient appointments.
  • Gather essential registration details from patients, including co-pays and necessary referral documentation for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • At least one year of customer service experience or completion of an accredited Administrative Assistant program within the past year is required.
