About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our fast-paced Vendor Finance Success Team (VFS) at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and executing the revenue recognition processes for the Marketplace Private Offers program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Experience: Consistently strive to improve the Partner experience by delivering superior Partner support, exceeding SLA expectations, and driving other key support metrics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with Partners, service providers, engineering teams, and support staff.
  • Process Improvement: Perform quality control functions to ensure high-quality output and build or contribute to the creation of new processes.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain successful operations, including Leadership, Finance, Legal, Sales, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries and research invoice discrepancies.
  • Content Creation: Build, maintain, and publish program-related content and collateral.
  • Process Development: Create and implement standard operating procedures and process workflows.
  • Technical Support: Dive deep into technical details, diagnose and reproduce issues with Amazon technology products, guide customers, and share best practices.
  • Escalation and Support: Perform Partner and customer escalation and support process.
  • Audit and Quality Assurance: Audit work for potential defects that result from product/feature launches and process improvements.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate onboarding support and role training for new VFS Tech Services team members.
