The Venture

In late 2020, Regrello embarked on a mission to transform the global manufacturing industry, which is hindered by inefficient and outdated processes. Our AI-driven platform is designed to eliminate significant inefficiencies in manufacturing operations, offering solutions where others see challenges. Our approach makes it easier to customize manufacturing and supply chain processes, which are typically bogged down by emails and spreadsheets. With a 2-3 year financial runway, we combine the agility of a startup with the stability for long-term growth.

This Position

This is our first technical hire on the the Regrello Global Services team and will focus on managing the migration of the Regrello platform to private cloud accounts for the largest enterprise companies in the world. This role will involve working closely with the Engineering team to shape the maturity of our technical product offerings, ensuring successful and efficient migrations to private cloud environments.

Regrello is reshaping how companies collaborate through a no-code platform that lets businesses easily build and manage their processes. Our platform supports both internal and external collaboration, enhanced by a robust workflow engine. Our advanced AI engine not only makes workflow analysis more efficient but also facilitates natural language interactions, allowing users to develop solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

You

You are customer-obsessed and value being a trusted expert, leveraging broad technical and deep product expertise. You advise on best practices to support the adoption of Regrello's transformational AI technology at the largest manufacturers in the world. You have a deep curiosity to learn the customers' business and operational goals to then maximize those, with Regrello.

We are looking for someone who has

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, focusing on large-scale on-premises application installations and enterprise system migrations to the cloud.
  • Extensive experience in managing the migration of enterprise applications to private cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in application release management and update processes.
  • Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Skilled in client and vendor management, fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical details into customer-friendly presentations.
  • A customer-centric approach to solving complex technical problems.
  • Passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies.

What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering Teams: Collaborate with Regrello and customer engineering teams to plan and deliver a maintainable private cloud Regrello platform.
  • Customer Advisory: Work with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases.
  • Technical Expertise: Enable customer technical resources to become experts in the technical aspects of the Regrello solution.
  • Project Management: Act as the key point of contact to manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a gold-standard experience for our largest and most strategic customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay on the leading edge of Regrello's product and technical offerings.
  • Implementation Improvements: Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes, and overcome roadblocks.
  • Feedback Management: Manage and route customer feedback and issues.
