Sales Manager for Maritime Industry

About the Job:
We are seeking a talented Sales Manager for Maritime Industry to join our team at Base. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the maritime industry, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that resonates with the unique needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within port service providers, ship charterers, and agencies.
- Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy to build and grow accounts.
- Present and demonstrate Base's software solutions, highlighting how they address specific industry pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive new business.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to refine sales strategies and feedback loops.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience selling into maritime or logistics companies (sales rep, BDR, or account executive).
- Deep understanding of port operations and logistics or willingness to learn.
- Resourceful and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong affinity with technology and eagerness to learn.
- Desire to grow your career, working closely with C-Suite leadership.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, based on performance and industry standards.
