Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the selected candidate will undertake specialized project assignments and deliver a comprehensive range of human resource services. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

Support the acquisition and development of the Cornerstones Performance module for the SCO's Performance and Training Hub (PATH). Collaborate with management and team leads to design performance-driven workflows for module integration. Develop, document, and implement system security permissions while initiating timelines for system rollout and other related tasks for the agency-wide launch of the Performance module. Assist in executing strategies to gather, input, update, and maintain personnel data within internal SCO systems. Generate reports and dashboards that highlight historical data and forecast outcomes from relevant programs; analyze this data and propose talent management solutions for implementation. Attend, organize, and/or travel to various locations for meetings, research, training, etc., to share, present, or acquire valuable information related to PATH, training opportunities, and consultation services. Document and refine current business processes and procedures within the Human Resources office; develop and disseminate Human Resources information and memos on the SCO's intranet. Assist in the management of HR systems, which may include the PATH – Learning module and the SCO Position and Employee System (SCOPES). Prepare reports, policies, procedures, and various analytical assignments as requested by management. Provide a wide range of consultative and analytical services to division coordinators, managers, and employees regarding performance requirements. Engage in Special Projects as assigned, which may encompass subject-matter such as internal control development per program area, business cycling that covers objectives, regulatory authority, potential risk identification, and recommended mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Civil Service Human Resources experience Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems Experience in designing, planning, and executing policies, procedures, and workflow processes.
