Job Summary

Volt is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Support the development and maintenance of the company's financial planning and analysis processes
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports and models to inform business decisions
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve financial planning and analysis processes
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a publicly traded company
  • Skills
    • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills
    • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
    • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Industry Experience
    • Experience in the video game, software, technology, or entertainment industries

Volt offers a competitive compensation package, including a pay rate of $55.00-$60.00/hour, depending on experience. We also offer benefits, including health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other types of paid leaves.
