Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the midmarket space. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of our clients and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM data
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • 4-year business degree
