People Center Internship Opportunity

At National Life Group, we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. As a People Center Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Organizational Development, and Strategic Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support job posting and resume reviews
  • Assist in recruiting advertising campaign development
  • Contribute to content mapping of Servant Leadership
  • Partner in extended onboarding curriculum development
  • Help create a harmonized job description template
Qualifications:
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
  • Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, rising Senior preferred
  • Coursework in human resources, organizational development, communications, or related area preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools with interest in learning new tools and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
