Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Management Intern to join our People Center team at National Life Group. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about each of the critical functions within Human Resources that shape the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR business decisions
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
  • Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, rising Senior preferred
  • Coursework in human resources, organizational development, communications, or related area preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools with interest in learning new tools and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
