Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Infinite Health Collaborative. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of insurance information and co-payments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to provide clear and concise information regarding appointments, directions, and copayments.
- Accurately schedule new and existing patients in our practice management system, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage patient charts and maintain a working knowledge of healthcare plan requirements and health plan networks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
