Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Landscaping Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized landscaping plans that align with their vision and budget.
  • Manage daily client interactions, including project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Supervise the Operations Manager and Chemical Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of Account Management experience in landscaping or a related field preferred.
  • Strong planning, analyzing, prioritizing, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Advanced technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily in the field visiting clients, with some time spent in an office environment.
  • May be required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment while traveling/visiting clients.

Travel: 60% travel required, with day travel and home at night.
