About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Distinguished Software Engineer to join our People Technology engineering organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, spearheading transformative projects, and architecting the technical landscape to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in the development of best practices, architectural designs, and technology solutions.
  • Lead and mentor teams in the implementation of complex systems, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of our technology stack and processes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems that meet business goals and customer needs.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting sessions to ensure the highest standards of development.
Requirements
  • Deep technical expertise in software engineering, system architecture, and technology trends.
  • Leadership and influence skills to lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and influence decision-making processes at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
