About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that meets the needs of our customers and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
