Behavioral Health Care Specialist for Residential Setting

In this role, you will provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Salary InformationThe hourly rate for this position is $17-$18, depending on your qualifications, availability, and skill level.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living assistance, including household tasks and meal preparation.
- Communicate with individual's families, healthcare providers, and other service professionals.
- Transport individuals and assist with mobility training.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and program meetings as instructed.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- CRP/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with people who are medically fragile.
