Compensation and Benefits

You'll enjoy a competitive salary of $16.80 - $20 per hour, based on experience and completion of RBT certification. In addition, we offer:

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Behavior Specialist, you'll create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children. You'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitoring outcomes
  • Completing daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
  • Working with children to champion continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
