Job Summary

The City of Hapeville is seeking a highly skilled Firefighter Paramedic to join our team. As a Firefighter Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical care, and operating firefighting and medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls for fire suppression and medical emergencies.
  • Operate and maintain various firefighting and medical equipment.
  • Provide medical care and transportation to patients.
  • Participate in fire safety training and prevention programs.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • State of Georgia Basic Firefighter Certification or completion within one year.
  • Paramedic certification in the State of Georgia.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Valid Georgia driver's license.
