Key Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically uphold and implement policies and procedures as directed by management.
  • Enhance guest experiences by managing feedback through various communication channels.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while embodying the Sprinkles brand.
  • Oversee shift operations and contribute positively to the Sprinkles culture.
  • Act as a product expert, providing recommendations to guests during their orders.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as outlined in opening, closing, and weekly checklists.
  • Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all shift responsibilities.
  • Prepare and package bakery items as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles brand and products.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a steady workflow.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical ability to navigate the bakery space effectively.
