Job Opportunity

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Management Team Member to join our dynamic team.

We are a global bakery & beverage retail business with over 1,000 stores worldwide. Our mission is to provide five-star quality pastries and drinks at an affordable price.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of store operation, including customer service, cost management, and training functions.
  • Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including sales control, employee scheduling, and other key performance indicators.
  • Organize and supervise employee shifts, ensuring high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  • Participate in management and personnel meetings, contributing to the development of store strategies and initiatives.
  • Check stock levels and order supplies and materials, maintaining a well-stocked store environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs for store associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other store management team members to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
Requirements:
  • Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level position.
  • Strong organizational, communications, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
  • Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
  • Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including moderate lifting, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
