KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to our Corporate Finance practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare transaction-related documentation and marketing materials, including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market analyses.
  • Conduct research and reach out to potential financial and strategic buyers.
  • Act as a vital team member in executing advisory and financing transactions.
  • Perform comprehensive company and industry research to support specific client engagements and marketing initiatives.
  • Execute financial modeling, including valuation assessments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of transaction-related experience in a corporate finance setting, preferably from a Wall Street or middle-market investment bank, with a proven record of academic and professional achievement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution; an MBA from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Relevant industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, research, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with financial research tools.
  • Possession of SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Exam, if applicable), FINRA Series 7 or Series 82, and Series 63 and Series 79 licenses (candidates without these credentials must obtain them within 90 days of employment).
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
