Work Schedule and Job Overview
Part-time position with a 0.5 FTE schedule. Work week 1: Wednesday (4:15 PM - 8:15 PM), Thursday (4:15 PM - 8:15 PM), Saturday (7:45 AM - 5:15 PM). Work week 2: Tuesday (3:15 PM - 8:15 PM), Wednesday (3:15 PM - 8:15 PM), Sunday (7:45 AM - 5:15 PM). Hours may vary.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Register and create walk-in appointments, including Spanish-speaking population. Update patient registration demographics and insurance. Collect documents and payments upon arrival. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in business, finance, health information management, or related field preferred. 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare field required. 1 year of experience in healthcare, call center, business, financial, or insurance field preferred.
