Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a 1.0 FTE schedule. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:45 AM and 3:15 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Hospital to:

  • Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit the patient.
  • Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field required.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial, or insurance-related field preferred.
