About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our AWS Global Sales Tech North America Untapped Talent Program team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing and improving the Tech Builder Progression mechanism, which is a critical component of our talent development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and refine the existing Tech Builder Progression mechanism.
  • Build communication campaigns/programs to increase awareness of the Tech Builder Progression mechanism across Leadership, Hiring Team, and Builders.
  • Create, manage, and report on progression metrics.
  • Communicate to a wide range of stakeholders from Builders to Executives.
  • Partner with the Operations team on capacity planning and forecasting.
About the Team

The AWS Global Sales Tech North America Untapped Talent Program team is responsible for building Builders for the technical community (Solutions Architects, Customer Solutions Managers, etc.) at AWS. We are on a mission to continually explore and expand into talent sources wherever they may be.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of program/project management experience.
  • 1+ year of experience working cross-functionally and influencing in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Managers and Leader of Leaders across a matrix environment.
  • Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve program performance.
