Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Dee Cramer Heating & Cooling. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Project Management team, ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including producing and maintaining equipment/material procurement schedules, updating schedules, and reviewing with project managers on a weekly basis.
  • Communication: Communicate with project managers, field foremen, and detailers regarding project activities, including distributing pertinent job information and notifying project managers and field foremen upon receipt of approved shop drawings.
  • Documentation: Ensure project documentation is completed and logs maintained, including daily job logs, RFIs, T&M Management, meeting minutes, CCDs, ASIs, and Bulletins.
  • Contract Management: Assist project managers in the development of the material handling plan and update as necessary. Distribute this plan to the entire team.
  • Permitting: Apply for and secure permits on assigned projects.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including setting up tracking and productivity graphs and processing the graphs as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates Degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in M365 required. 3+ years in customer service or administrative support required. Prior experience in the construction industry preferred, HVAC is a plus. Timberline and SAGE experience preferred.
