Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide education and training to healthcare teams on quality improvement initiatives and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited school or university
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a quality improvement role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
  • Experience with quality improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as Joint Commission and CMS
