Project Coordinator Job Description

At Dee Cramer Heating & Cooling, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including producing and maintaining equipment/material procurement schedules, updating schedules, and reviewing with project managers on a weekly basis.
  • Distribute pertinent job information to field foremen and review shop drawings prior to submittal, addressing questions/concerns with project managers.
  • Compile duct construction standards in collaboration with production managers and project managers, complete MSDS books, and set up detailed drawing logs.
  • Assist in job close-out with project managers and contract administrators by coordinating warranty letters, operation and maintenance manuals, and final close-out documentation.
  • Ensure project documentation is completed and logs maintained, including daily job logs, RFIs, T&M management, meeting minutes, CCDs, ASIs, and bulletins.
  • Produce and maintain contract review matrices and manpower charts, and assist project managers in developing material handling plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficiency in M365 required.
  • 3+ years in customer service or administrative support required.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry preferred, with HVAC experience a plus.
  • Timberline and SAGE experience preferred.
