Job Title: Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team at LBA Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
