Customer Solutions Representative - Estimating and Technical Support

Duro-Last Roofing, a leader in the field of prefabricated roofing solutions, is in search of a committed Customer Solutions Representative for our Estimating and Technical Support team at our Corporate Headquarters. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide pricing estimates and develop roofing layouts.
  • Address technical questions regarding specifications and installation processes.
  • Manage projects that include quoting and design responsibilities.
  • Enter quotes and orders into the appropriate systems.
  • Ensure precise data entry on the task management board.
  • Deliver customer support to our network of contractors.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in pricing estimation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD software is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
