Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and reporting, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth and profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and financial statement preparation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the financial team, including training and development to ensure the team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
