HYBRID-REMOTE AND WORK AT HOME
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing daily bank deposits for both the company and its clients.
- Tracking and resolving any outstanding payment discrepancies.
- Generating monthly aging reports to monitor account statuses.
- Conducting daily collection calls to ensure timely payments.
- Performing account research and detailed analysis.
- Preparing and maintaining various financial reports.
- Sending statements to customers with outstanding balances.
- Engaging with customers to address and resolve any issues.
- Adhering to established company policies and procedures.
- Executing additional duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or some college experience.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in Accounting or Collections.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Capability to multitask effectively.
