POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Management and Business Analysis Specialist is tasked with comprehending, documenting, and supporting both current and prospective business workflows, alongside the technological enablement that facilitates these processes. This role involves steering cross-functional teams throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle. The individual will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, developing and maintaining project timelines, and engaging with stakeholders across various levels. Additionally, this position entails collaboration with solution teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery. Key responsibilities include leading and facilitating meetings, executing essential project management functions in accordance with industry best practices, coordinating training initiatives, and ensuring a seamless transition from project completion to operational status.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions across departments to gather, comprehend, and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution teams, both internal and external, to convert business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Develop realistic project timelines and hold team members accountable for their assigned responsibilities.
  • Proactively oversee project milestones to meet objectives.
  • Create and maintain standardized documentation of business processes.
  • Support and assist in coordinating testing and training to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Assist in managing risks and issues for timely resolution.
  • Organize meeting schedules; develop and document agendas, discussion notes, and key decisions.
  • Manage expectations through timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adhere to established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback from lessons learned to enhance future project methodologies and outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
  • Experience with projects involving enterprise systems, such as CRM and ERP systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is advantageous.
