Lead Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and programs.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality control, reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and schedules of values.
  • Supervise staff, providing training and performance feedback, and conducting on-site visits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25 million.
