Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to join our team at HP Development Company, L.P. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions that support our business strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives to scale our business efficiently.
  • Manage departmental budgets, set goals/KPIs for the team, and perform performance management of direct reports.
  • Play a critical role in building various software development projects and platforms while aligning them with business and security strategies and requirements.

Requirements:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology, Amazon Web Services, Application Programming Interface (API), Automation, C++, Docker, Full Stack Development, Java, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Microservices, Microsoft Azure, Python, React.js, Scalability, Software Development, Software Engineering, and SQL.

The estimated salary for this position is $186,250 annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. This figure varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
