Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Langan, a leading provider of land development engineering and environmental consulting services, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its collaborative team in Austin, TX. This role will involve leading and supporting design, permitting, and client management efforts for site development projects across various sectors.

  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget;
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management procedures;
  • Promote business growth through partnerships with top industry leaders and development of new clients;
  • Demonstrate expertise in site development engineering, including design and oversight of site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion control, and storm water management;
  • Analyze complex technical data and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geotechnical, environmental, and civil engineering disciplines;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance technical capabilities and advise clients effectively;
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive project success and team growth;
  • Possess a valid Texas Professional Engineering license;
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Demonstrate 15+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, preferably with expertise in projects within the City Limits of Austin;
  • Possess excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities;
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team;
  • Demonstrate commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry advancements and evolving client needs.
