Customer Account Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and reliable CUSTOMER ACCOUNT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST to join our team in Wichita, KS.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic environment where they can make a real difference in resolving customer accounts.
About the RoleAs a Customer Account Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve accounts. You will maintain responsibility for consumer accounts, updating and determining the best course of action.

- Skip Tracing to locate consumers
The ideal candidate will have experience speaking with attorneys, Probate Documents, Auto Insurance, and phone experience. Bilingual Spanish ability is a plus. A minimum typing speed of 25 wpm is required to move forward with in-office interview.
