We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Recovery Specialist in our Wichita location. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements, maintaining consumer accounts, and resolving disputes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and phone skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual ability is a plus.
