Regional Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to join our Cross Channel sales team within US Third Party Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) products to financial advisors at Wire houses, Independent Broker Dealers, Regional Broker Dealers & RIAs.
Your ImpactIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors, and individuals. You will be responsible for positioning Goldman Sachs' value proposition, investment philosophy, process, product differentiation, and competitive analyses in group presentations, public seminars, and one-on-one presentations.
Key Responsibilities- External sales role calling on focused list of firms in the territory
- Responsible for marketing Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) products within the ICG channel including Mutual Funds, ETF's, SMA's and Private Alternatives
- Ability to position Goldman Sachs' value proposition as well as investment philosophy, process, product differentiation and competitive analyses in group presentations, public seminars and one-on-one presentations
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years of financial services sales experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work with Internal Partners to help Drive Sales in ETF's, Alternatives and Retirement Business
- Ability to maintain consistent travel schedule
- Series 7 and 63 required
- Existing relationships in the territory, with focused client base preferred
