Job Title: Junior Administrative Officer/PM Support with a Secret Clearance

This position requires 100% on-site support and an active Secret clearance.

Project Description:

Support and assist the federal staff within all CISOD organizational units. The requirement includes cybersecurity policy, assistance for Cybersecurity related missions as required meeting DHS, OCIO, and CISOD strategic plans, mission goals and objectives. Will support sub-organizational units within the CISOD which include: Policy, Business Operations, and Cybersecurity Service Delivery Branches.

Position Description:
  • Support governmental professional management, consulting and administrative service support for business functions involved in the internal programming and execution process.
  • Assist with the development of external project reports, which includes, but is not limited to: monthly program reviews, quarterly program assessments, and other reports related to project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare executive reports and briefings for various projects.
  • Conduct and monitor data calls for various divisions and offices.
  • Provide deliverable tracking, review deliverables, and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Support data collection activities.
  • Analyze programmatic data; report findings and conduct process improvement evaluations.
  • Provide professional service support to assist with administrative functions to include, but not limited to: document preparation, scheduling, record keeping, recording minutes, after action reports, preparing travel orders, reserving Government facility meeting space, office supply and inventory, preparing briefing packages, property control, information research and archival, data entry, project coordination, and control activities.
  • Professional service support to all office/facilities planning, coordination and liaison activities to include but not limited to staff meetings, offsite planning meetings, and council meetings.
  • Support for all asset management activities.
  • Assistance in support of the preparation and revision of issuance documents (e.g., Federal guidance documents, fact sheets, bulletins, technical notes, brochures, books, guidelines, and reports).
  • Advice and assistance in support of preparation and revision of system processes and status briefings, and appropriate governing, authorizing, or guidance documents approved by Federal employees.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience in Front Office Administrative duties:
    1. project coordination, scheduling, record keeping & minutes
    2. document preparation, preparing briefing packages, and after action reports
    3. data entry, information research and archival
    4. preparing travel orders
    5. office supply and inventory
    6. property control
  • SharePoint Administration and maintenance of automated systems related to administrative and technical management.
  • Experience in developing and documenting technical processes
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in the development, operation, maintenance, and management of electronic business tools.
    1. Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 Apps such as Lists, Planner, Power Automate, Power BI, and other additional Microsoft apps.
