As a RN - Clinical Decision Unit Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
