Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Decision Unit Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Providence caregiver, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Clinical Decision Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
