Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Labor and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our labor and delivery team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The RN - Labor and Delivery Specialist will provide high-quality patient care to women and newborns during the labor and delivery process. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to women and newborns during labor and delivery
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Certification in area of specialty
