Position Overview

Arena is eager to enhance its Client Service and Marketing division by bringing on board an Analyst. This role will involve close collaboration with Arena's investment teams and support departments to foster asset growth and strengthen institutional client relationships through the development of investment and portfolio-related materials, alongside addressing various data and analytical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an analyst within Arena's Client Service and Marketing team, focusing on the creation and analysis required for both recurring and customized marketing and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Arena's Senior Analyst and other team leaders to produce content that effectively conveys Arena's perspectives on current market trends, portfolio investments, market forecasts, and enduring investment philosophies.
  • Support the generation of client reports and standard marketing materials, working closely with Arena's data resources and cross-functional teams.
  • Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from clients, due diligence requests, and potential client questions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with data and technology, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to client service and sales-oriented tasks.

Essential qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience or a degree in finance or economics from a prestigious institution.
  • Proven analytical skills, including data management, manipulation, computation, and visualization, particularly with tools such as Microsoft BI and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective process management skills.
  • A positive demeanor, robust work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
