The role entails overseeing the credit quality, risk management, and compliance aspects of Maryland Works' AFG operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and structuring financial covenants while underwriting corporate credit risks for clients utilizing AFG securitization loan facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and mitigate credit risks associated with portfolio transactions.
2. Conduct timely and precise annual reviews, amendment memos, and trend analyses; maintain credit files and compliance documentation.
3. Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team of credit professionals.
4. Ensure adherence to Maryland Works' policies and regulatory requirements; complete all necessary training and assessments on time.
5. Restructure or resolve distressed credits with input from risk partners.
6. Oversee ABL credit, operational, and market risks within established risk tolerance levels.
7. Collaborate with various departments to align strategic goals and share market insights.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Licenses: Series 79 and 63.
- 7-11 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent analytical abilities to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills fostering teamwork and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA with a focus on Finance.
- Experience in diversified product structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management.
