Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer feedback and concerns to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Participate in support-related projects to drive process improvements and enhance customer experiences.
- Embody Autodesk's values and behaviors, including a customer-centric approach, a growth mindset, and a commitment to excellence.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and cloud-based software, such as Microsoft Suite and OneDrive.
- Collaborative and consultative work style, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
