Job Summary

We are looking for a P&C licensed customer service specialist to join our team. As a customer service expert, you will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships, servicing and reviewing client policies, and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner
  • Servicing, reviewing and remarketing client policies
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification
  • Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
  • Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiatives
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
  • Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task
