  • Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a sense of urgency to meet financial objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the dynamic needs of the department.
  • Experience and creativity in managing insurance collections.
